Every profile says what has been checked.
AfterWorc connects clients with verified IT professionals — for a single task, for a team, or for a whole department — and holds the delivery to an agreement, not to a promise.
Access is granted by invitation from early registration. Open sign-up has not been announced yet.

The three C’s: Checked, Complete, Compliant
These are not slogans but three rules the platform decides by. Each one is visible in the product, not only on this page.
Checked
Identity is confirmed against a document. The top level needs a live interview and references, and a person assesses both. No algorithm assigns it, and the profile states openly what was checked.
Complete
From a single specialist to a formed team with a lead and a shared standard. One agreement and one point of responsibility instead of five separate hires.
Compliant
Scope, deadline and amount are fixed before the work starts. A restriction of an account never exists without a stated ground, a statement of reasons and a way to appeal.
Three steps from a brief to accepted work
Profile and verification
A professional fills in a profile and passes verification. The level is stated openly: a client sees what was checked and by whom.
Brief and agreement
A client describes the work. Scope, deadline and amount are fixed in an agreement before the work starts.
Delivery and acceptance
Funds are held for the duration of the work and released on acceptance. Commission is charged at release, never earlier.
Levels of trust
Three levels, and the top one is not granted automatically.
- Level 1
Registered
Email address confirmed. Enough to look around and to talk.
- Level 2
Verified
Identity confirmed against a document. Shown on the profile.
- TopLevel 3
Worc-Checked
A live interview and references, assessed by a person. No algorithm assigns this level.
WORC·CHECKED
One hire becomes five. We hand you all five.
You hire a developer. The developer needs a junior, then a designer, then someone to test the result. Instead of the work starting, a recruiting operation starts — and it is the client who has to run it.
AfterWorc gathers the department instead: a working team with a lead, a process and a shared standard, engaged under one agreement. The team does the work; the client accepts it.
- team leadone point of accountability
- senior developer
- junior developer
- UI/UX designer
- QA engineer
From a pair of specialists to a full department. The composition of the team is agreed before the work starts, like everything else in the agreement.

Before you sign in
How do I get access?
By invitation from early registration. Open sign-up has not been announced yet. Sign in with the address you registered — the early-registration benefits are attached to that address, not to the browser.
What does Worc-Checked actually mean?
A live interview and references, assessed by a person. No algorithm assigns this level. One level below it, Verified means identity confirmed against a document, and a profile always states which level it holds.
When is the commission charged?
Funds are held for the duration of the work and released on acceptance; the commission is charged at that moment and never earlier. The rate is fixed on the deal when the deal is agreed and does not change afterwards. Current rates are shown in the Terms of Service and in your account.
What happens to my data?
It is processed in the European Union under the GDPR and does not leave it. Access, correction, export and deletion can be requested at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
What if the work is not accepted?
The money stays held. Release happens on acceptance, so a disagreement stops the payment instead of following it. Any restriction of an account comes with a stated ground and a way to appeal.
